The only way the UN could work is if Ambassador John Bolton was made its Dictator for Life. A better solution, though, would be to move it to Europe, minimize our monetary contribution, and install Bolton as Secretary of State in the next administration.

Great response by your hubby! I have one, too.

One of my clients is right next to a gas station (they share a parking lot). I had just pulled into a parking spot one day, when my phone rang. I answered, became involved in a conversation, and was writing something down...when I was startled by a rap on my window. I was totally shocked when a “gentleman” asked if I would give him money for gas.

I was driving a 4x4 Dodge truck...and he apparently couldn’t see into the back seat. I just rolled down the back window and my rather protective DOG answered on my behalf....LOL!

Anyone with an 0bama bumper sticker on his/her car is asking for an ass kicking.

Every time I see one I have to make eye contact. I want to remember their faces. No expression and no gestures. Just a cold stare.

That too. We do not have the luxury anymore of explaining away their voting behavior as innocent. They created the suffering. There is no justice unless they pay for it. The "takers" must pay back the taking.

I saw one a few weeks back with an Obama 2012 shirt on in Souper Salad. They are still out there. They must really like crap sandwiches. I’ll never understand that level of stupidity. I couldn’t excuse it in 2008 and there’s no way to excuse it now. It truly is mind boggling. I just thank goodness for FR where I can commiserate with sane people.

I understand. I find the ultimate offense that the idiots still flaunt it. These are America's brownshirts. I may on occasion forget names, but I never forget a face or a "bumper sticker". There is no claim of innocence by ignorance in this group. There can be no justice until these people pay back the damage they have caused.

My husband stopped at a Love’s truck stop to fill up his company truck last Friday. A black woman pulled up to a pump in a Mercedes, walked up to him and asked if he’d pay to fill her car up.

Please tell me you are kidding or at least being sarcastic. Because if you are not.... Well, I really don’t have a problem believing it. And that really is a sad thing to say.

1 Statistic Which Proves That The American People Are Not Angry At All

I don't see any politicians in this country walking around in fear of their lives. In fact, they all -- Democrat and Republican alike -- seem quite content.

Well, as I have written about previously, globalism is absolutely devastating our economy. Millions of our jobs have been shipped to countries where labor is far, far cheaper and they aren't coming back.e

It is not hourly wages which cause outsourcing but indirect costs such as health insurance, paid vacations, payroll taxes, unemployment insurance, retirement contributions, OSHA, EPA and ill-conceived energy policies which drive employers outsource to foreign countries.

There is NO solution under present Federal structure..

However...

The American job machine doesn’t start until someone in DC grabs a history text and starts reading about Warren Harding...and acting on it.

Warren Harding figured it out in 1920...

Congress and the Executive Branch have lots to do.

So far they’re not doin’ it right..

Its been done before..

Harding cut the government’s budget nearly in half between 1920 and 1922. The rest of Harding’s approach was equally laissez-faire. Tax rates were slashed for all income groups. The national debt was reduced by one-third. The Federal Reserve’s activity, moreover, was hardly noticeable. As one economic historian puts it, “Despite the severity of the contraction, the Fed did not move to use its powers to turn the money supply around and fight the contraction.” 2 By the late summer of 1921, signs of recovery were already visible. The following year, unemployment was back down to 6.7 percent and was only 2.4 percent by 1923.

http://www.firstprinciplesjournal.com/articles.aspx?article=1319&loc=r

BTW..ole Warren ALSO fixed immigration...

Mr. Harding signed into law the Emergency Quota Act[3] which sought to control immigration following World War I and preserve the distinctive American culture by ensuring the majority of immigrants came from the historically compatible cultures of Northern Europe. This law aimed to bring wages of hard working Americans under control by limiting immigration to 3% of the 1910 census. It was followed on by a similar act in 1924, after Mr. Harding’s death.[4]

A Warren Harding prescription...if filled ...would ignite the afterburners on the US job machine and the economy. However DC would have to yield on a tremendous amount of power. Our job as We the People...is to persuade them of the “utility” ..shall we say..of doing so. In all probability the same minds that made the mess...aren’t capable of the solution however.

BTW any takers that ‘Bammy couldn’t even tell you that Warren Harding was one of his predecessors in office?

Even more telling about what our betters in the RinoCracy think of a Constitutional President..

I have polite and “friendly” conversations with 0 bumper sticker people(of which there are getting to be fewer and fewer). Most a completely clueless as to what is going on. They live in some kind of dream world. Around here they are almost to a one a Kalifornia export. Liberalism is truly a mental disorder.

I've noticed the obummer stickers are few and far between in Austin. I've only seen one obummer 2012 sticker here. Looked at the driver, and it was one of holder's people.

I do not support isolationism, but I know this nation can be energy independent.

The only way we can ever become energy independent, is to get rid of the green weenie pretender in chief.

The cluelessness is real and so, SO destructive. The MSM is as rotten as DC, and that’s saying something. Fortunately, or unfortunately as the case may be, a horrifically bad economy wakes at least some of these zombies up. Let’s hope and pray they either stay home on Nov ‘12, or for once in their lives vote against the rampant destruction of the country. It would be a good start.

It certainly is. There is no reasoning with them and the libs I know won’t admit they made a mistake with 0bama.

When they love their families and country more than they hate anything “conservative”, we’ll all be better off.
