Yea Perry did this all on his own. Never mind that businesses are leaving CA, IL, NY, and other states in droves heading for the minimum wage labor rate and low corporate tax haven of TX. How long do you think that is going to last. But if you consider going from 4.2% unemployment when Perry took office to 8.2% unemployment now something to crow about hey vote for the man. If you want a man who thinks their is a place for Sharia law in the USA or likes open borders then vote for Perry or Obama whichever you find more appealing. I’ll be voting for someone who has principles and will uphold the constitution of the USA. It goes without saying that person won’t be a Democrat, but if the Republicans nominate a person with those qualifications then I’ll vote for that person. If not I’ll vote Libertarian. But there is now way I’ll be voting for the likes of Perry or Romney. Did that with McCain in 08. Never ever again.

You will be voting for Obama. You might not select his name but a vote for any other is a vote for Obama.

Every recent election has been decided by single digits. I won’t agree with Perry on everything and you will not either, but FACT is FRiend that he will win if he survives the nomination process.

Perry will repeal Obamacare, he will cut regulation and red tape, he will cut gov’t spending, he will honor our allies and friends, he will be respected by our enemies, he will honor our military, he will uphold our basic values, and he will hopefully have a more conservative congress to work with and keep him in check when/if he strays.

It’s our job to monitor him once he is in office. We are in really bad shape and even a time out or a freeze would be a huge improvement over the disaster we have in D.C. To pick one issue (and I agree with you on sharia and immigration) and cast an inconsequential vote neglects the fact that there are 100 important issues.

If Perry had not kept a business friendly atmosphere in Texas, many of those companies would not have gone there. I understand, he has a state legislature that I wish we could replace our congress with, but he still works with them. He even signed legislation he did not want after they passed it.

It’s a long way to the election so keep an open mind and let’s see what happens. However, we must focus on getting rid of Obama and if Perry can do that he has my vote, my money, and my time. I have three little children who are counting on us to get it right. We have a moral obligation as Americans to provide them with the same promise and opportunity we were born with. That promise is fading fast and it will probably be too late for their generation if we give Zero four more years.

So who is it? Who has the support of all the folks here who hate Perry, Romney, Giuliani, Christie, Pawlenty, et al?

Does Michelle Bachmann have your support?

Does Ron Paul have your support?

Is it Palin or nobody?

I’m not trying to be snarky, I really want to know. Because I don’t really see anybody but Palin who gets any support here. Everyone else is just bashed. And that might be one thing, if Palin was actually running, but as of right now she isn’t. And between Bachmann and Perry I’m not sure things would work for her now. And, just for the record, I love Sarah Palin.

Myself, I will vote for whoever has “R” after their name next November and I truly do not care if it is Zippy the Pin Head.
