For the last three days I’ve been watching this story. If what he says is true, and considering the number of really talented teens who self-destructed in the entertainment industry both in their teen years and later, I have every belief that Corey Feldman is just telling about the tip of the iceberg.
It also wouldn’t surprise me if a few other things were in play: specific studios may have worse problems than others (Warner Bros. and MGM come up more in the child-star horror stories than any others, although they all have them), the parents of the former child stars with the horror stories and more that self destructed are/were pretty aggressive themselves and would keep their mouths shut and the abusers knew and know that, and good people keep their mouths shut to maintain careers. That doesn’t mean that they wouldn’t try to protect kids when they could, but when a child star is called to the boss’s office and goes in by his or herself, there’s not much that can be done to stop it.
As you start to think about it, the number of drug overdoses from teen stars just starts to pile up. Then there are the ones who escaped the crap somehow. How? How may of them were/are the children of established Hollywood people? Could it be that the abusers knew to stay away from them? How many entertainment big names chose to raise families somewhere else?
I’m sure Corey Feldman is correct. I certainly hope that his courage inspires some others to speak out and maybe find a victim willing to press charges.

Peterson never touched on Hollywood pedophilia, to my knowledge.
Maybe he’s repressed it for a long time?
