If anyone showed up with a Molotov cocktail the .22-250 loaded to ludicrous velocity with Hornady Vmax 155 grain ballistic tip bullets that explode on target contact into nothing but bits of energy annihilating what they hit and the bullet itself, would be employed out to accurate ranges within and beyond 300 meters with minute of angle accuracy to shoot the flaming cocktails out of the hands of the rioter, instantly becoming a vaporized air-burst weapon of mass destruction against the very person carrying it with only a flaming streaker and broken glass left around.
