Sarah Palin said that though Tea Party members are used to being labeled as racists and inciters of violence, she found it especially appalling that the second in command of the most powerful office in the world would say that Tea Party members are acting like terrorists.
Regarding the debt limit deal, she went on to say that while it is a victory to change the debate toward talking about the debt, there is much more work to be done. She does acknowledge that the debt limit deal is a step in the right direction but she doesn’t like giving what she believes may be the most liberal President in US history another 2 trillion dollars that we don’t have with no major reforms:

All I know for sure here tonight is that people’s nerves are understandably raw. We were gang raped by Congress today. It seems to me that Sarah was TRYING to put a little syrup on a steaming pile so as to not burn her bridges. Yes, it would have felt GREAT for her to rip apart all those who took part in this debacle. It may not have been politically wise for our favorite prospective POTUS to do so, however, after the fact. Ever since Palin was on Greta, and before the show was even over, a poster, who shall remain nameless, has been posting threads claiming that Palin sees this whole thing as a victory. It wasn’t true when he first posted it and it was pulled. It wasn’t true the second time he posted it and when someone posted the video proving him wrong, IT was pulled. And it ain’t true now...but he’s still saying it.
Vice Prez “Bite-me” called the Tea Party “terrorists” echoing Rep. Mike Doyle’s (D-Pa.)words that reportedly said, “We have negotiated with terrorists. This small group of terrorists have made it impossible to spend any money.” Sarah Palin’s reaction to these words expresses the shock and outrage Americans around this country at the low scum pond level the DemonRATs and the Obama Regime have sunk. If it were to come from a Republican Vice Prez there would be so much commotion in the State Owned Media, there would be a call for his resignation. Instead, the State Owned Media just powders Joe Bite-me’s rear end and puts on a new diaper.
It makes me wonder, isn’t it getting late in the game for Joe Bite-me to not be potty trained?

That's why I posted the link...so people could see for themselves what she said. My point was to indicate that Palin obviously doesn't think the whole deal was bad. She certainly doesn't like certain parts but she pointed out some positive things. It seems she pretty much feels the way I do.
Post #22 was intended to point out where she did use the word victory in conjuction with the bill because some were insisting she did not.
The VEEP also said today that Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, who was shot in Tucson by a would-be assassin, was a “member of the cracked head club, like me”.
If you've been here for any length of time, you would know that people post pieces of articles, interviews all the time.
