Whether the fraud is eligible or ineligible does not matter now. He is destroying America right along with the rest of our government just the same.

The most *complete* way to undo the damage he has wrought is simply to declare it all illegal and indefensible in one fell swoop, and then task the new congress to revisit each implemented policy, appointment, and decree in turn. In other words, kick the dual-citizen out of the office he never should should have acquired.

While I agree with you on that, that solution does not address the root of the problem, and that is that we, a free people, elected this communist fraud willingly.

Attempting to pull the weed up but not the root will result in another weed growing back meaning we will just elect the next socialist/ communist without having learned our lesson.

We, the voters, caused this problem. We, the voters, must solve this problem. This is our duty as it is we who must guard our freedom. Not judges, not congressmen, not senators, but we, the people.
