Thanks. So that's what happens next: HI sez no again, then Taitz asks for an order to compel? And it looks like she'd be asking a judge in Hawaii for that order, not Lamberth?

Yes, as *I* understand the Rule, but I am not a lawyer. That’s sure what it reads like.

That said, I still question Dr. Taitz’s right in advancing discovery at all at this point, since Judge Lamberth back in DC has not issued a Scheduling Order in the case that includes discovery. That is yet another question.
