Great ideas all, but everyone here KNOWS that a liberal judge will rule that it is "unconstitutional" to deny welfare/food stamps/EITC to people who are here ILLEGALLY. They've already ruled that ILLEGALS have a right to medical care (free, paid for by the US taxpayer) and free education for their ILLEGAL kids.
Strange that if a US citizen was using fake IDs to obtain benefits illegally that they'd be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. But a criminal alien is "entitled" to benefits that they obtained with stolen IDs.
