It states that although there doubts as to whether a person acquires citizenship at birth without regard to the citizenship of the parents,it goes on to state: “For the purposes of this case it is not necessary to solve these doubts.” Meaning the Court is not deciding that issue and the opinion is of not binding on that subject.
