Are you talking about photocopiers or mimeograph machines? Xerox released the model 914 in 1959. It was the first true plain paper copier, but it was very expensive. I haven’t been able to nail down an exact date, but I don’t think security paper came along until the mid 1970’s when photocopying and forging checks became popular. I think what they did here is take a known BC from the 70’s (hence the use of security paper) and add Obamalamadingdong’s information.

I think the brand name was Savin. It wasn't mimeograph, but the paper did come in a roll and there was this two part toner. The entire process and machine was a gigantic POS.
