Upthread someone said there are passports with 51 pages and that’s what the 51 was. Mine only had the usual dozen pages so I don’t know.

It is part of the new passports issued in ‘09. I have the same background as BHO’s and mine was issued in July of ‘09. My old one does have that “See Page 24” but it is off to the right hand side, that one was issued in ‘99. Don’t know why they blurred out the issue and expiration date....Maybe someone needs to find out when the passports format changed. I believe it did when they came out with the passport card, I have one of those also. We are assuming that his was issued in January as POTUS but if that were the case then why blurr it out?

Both of his parents were born in California and were citizens. AZ was not a foreign country and not of under any influence to a foreign sovereign so he fits the description of the original intent of "Natural Born".

Brown Deer, note the 'S. Africa' reference, might this woman have been Ruth? Could she have been the foreign student - perhaps named NIDZON, connected to the South African branch of the family? I have always had the sense the reason there's no US background on Ruth is that she was also a foreign student.

So I just pointed out that it wouldn’t make any difference.

Where ever he was born, he’s ineligible.
