Which begs the question why Stanley Ann would be renewing a passport in July 1965?

First question is, what was the life of 1960s passports?

The ones I used in the 80s and 90s were renewable every ten years.

If passports had a 5 year life in the 60s, Stanley Ann went somewhere, or planned to go somewhere in 1960, otherwise she went somewhere in 1955.

Perhaps one of the resident wizards know the 1960 passport life????

In 1961, they would most likely be in a journal-type book, accessible by the public.

There is also and undated listing for the birth of one Barack Hussein Obama 11...with the YEAR range removed from the folder.

Blessed, Luminous...Ubayd is a town not far from Mecca, so it's a very arabic name, could be Coptic or Islamic, I have no idea.

There is something about the story that does hang together, if only vaguely. But why a name change in 1973?

Pidgeon should have taken the matter further, I haven't read the book, but there must be an official record in Canada.
