I only need to make a decision once and my decision has been made. As has mine. Thanks for your thoughts.
onyx, sorry I wasn't around when you posted this. Datechguy has nailed it. Part of me worries that conservatives will once again fall for the obvious MSM ploy to divide. After all, it's worked many times before, except for when they had to deal with a guy named Reagan.
Then I think about what they're up against this time and I say bring it on. The more the merrier. The Guv welcomes it, so should I. I have to laugh, though, at the MSM fawning the last couple of days over conservative candidates they despise. Too funny.

I hope Palin runs. She’s my first choice. Cain is my second.
If I can’t vote for Sarah Palin I’ll be proud as a peacock to vote for Herman Cain. The others don’t impress me a bit.

I have one choice: Sarah. I await her decision.
On the slight chance that she doesn’t run, then I’ll make my second choice. :)

That is where I am. There are two or three others I could support, but there is only one I really -want- to.

It's a good place to be. Solidly for Sarah. Praying for her and her precious family. Awaiting her decision.

Do these journ-o-lists think that Gov Sarah Palin is unaware of their predictable game plan? Do they think she hasn't already formulated political moves designed to blow them out of the water? Do they really think she is stupid? Do they think she's been napping and watching Gilligan's Island reruns instead of thinking tactics and strategy 24/7Yes, yes, yes and yes. It's her secret weapon!

If the Tea Party wants to win or even to have a voice in the party platform they need to back Palin. Latest rasmuseen poll shows Bachmann losing to Obama by 23pts. However the atest Gllup and Rasmuseen poll shows Palin only down 10 pts. She needs a 6pt swing to win the WH. Now polls are meaningless this far out but they do tell you some big trends. And the polls are showing Cain and Bachmann as unelectable.
the only chance the Tea party has at a candidate that not only mouths what the Tea party believes but lives it is PAlin.
The quicker the Tea party rallies around Palin the faster they become a player not only at the POTUS race but also in Congress.
If Palin is the leader or close second in the POTUS race Congress will be more likely to not upset her supporters and will tend to craft bills during this year that the Tea party supports.
the days of the Tea Party not having a leader are over. If the tea party wants to be a player in DC they need to rally around a leader. Just look at NY26 and what the dems will do with a leaderless TEA party. They will run fake 3rd party candidates the GOP will do the same thing and the TEa party will quickly be forgotten.
the next phase

Haven’t checked that “ontheissues” site, but if the real source is ADN.......
Snort
Lets just say (since I don’t want to get banned) that ADN is slightly more ANTI-Palin than any of the other Soros-paid political hatchet job artists posing as journalists we’ve had running around the past couple of years.
You want to quote that bunch as a source, you might as well quote a bucket of horsecrap.
