The “perp” in this case had a clean record and a full time job. Not exactly your typical “drug dealer” if he was in the business as those in law enforcement have been trying to assert.

You miss my point: EVEN if he was a drug dealer, you can’t just have the police killing people, based on guesses. Gun collection and body armor could mean he’s out to make sure crime doesn’t happen. Jesus Malverde could just mean he merely romanticizes crime. The two together spell trouble. But that’s just it: just because I may be inclined to leap to UNFOUNDED conclusions, doesn’t mean that all I need to kill someone is a cop’s bade.

Not that it will matter in the end. But they can't even keep their stories straight. They were using a"dynamic entry" because they did not wish to give them the opportunity to destroy evidence, yet they sounded their sirens and flashed their lights in front of the house,[To wit] "We came in with sirens and lights going".
But if you don't believe this lie, we will just coming up with them until we get to one that you believe.,p>If we can't tell a lie you will believe then you[the citizens and victim's family] can go to hell. We will not tolerate our brave, heroic, dedicated SWAT team members being malined.

Might it be military-issue clothing in Guerenas possession the kind of combat couture affected by jock-riding poseurs of the kind who gravitate toward SWAT teams? Ouch!

Citizens today are caught in the middle, the law on one side and violent criminals, armed to the teeth, on the other. How true. When I'm the victim of one of these tribes, I can't call the other to help.

Neighbors disagree with that assertion.

I understood that to be the case also. I was just reinerating what they [Sheriff's Department] were putting out.
How it when down was in this fashion: The sirens were set[tuned] to dog whistle pitch. The lights were infrared. Viola! See how events can always be explained.
My next question would be: Why did they murder the poor guy? From the events described, they went there with the full intentions of killing him. And they did.See how perfectly the facts match the results?

Joe Arapoaio is in Phoenix. Dupnick / Pima County SWAT team is in Tuscon. Get your facts straight before jumping on the Judge.

Certainly not I don’t mind illustrating it at all:
Quote the article:
“That comment could be a dog whistle directed at the segment of Arizona’s population that considers Joe Arpaio a champion of law and order, rather than a viscous, opportunistic thug:
Right there I call bad mouthing.

What evidence do you base your “guess” that the victim here was a drug dealer? He was in bed, sleeping at 9AM? Good enough reason for government work. (The fact that he worked third shift at a copper mine can be overlooked. Don't all drug dealers do that?)

That's the scary thing. It seems the police forces nationwide, at all levels of government, have begun to see themselves as a separate class, different, above, and isolated from the population they ostensibly serve. The politicians are the shepherds, they're the guard dogs, the bad guys are the wolves, and we're the sheep. Anything that doesn't behave like a sheep but isn't a shepherd is a wolf. They're here to guard the sheep for the shepherd, but mutton can still be on the menu for dinner if some sheep should come an unfortunate end.
To: tacticalogic
That should be a movie proposal. Great script outline.
