Always remember this . . it was NEVER about where Obama (sic) was birthed.
If you're using the media term (birther) to tag the thinking public regarding the question of Obama (sic) eligibility, you're either terribly misinformed or purposely misleading others.
Simply stated, the election of Obama is a precedent setting event regarding future US chief executives being foreign nationals.
If that is OK with you, fine, but I think the vast majority of Americans probably have a problem with it for many reasons.
Oh Really...Since there has never been a serious dispute about who Obama's father was, then please explain to me why WND has been running this billboard campaign if it wasn't about where Obama was born?
AMEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It wasn't? Actually, the daddy-not-a-citizen fork of birtherism didn't surface until after the election, as far as I can tell. The earliest post on FR that I could find was this thread, posted on 11 December 2008.

Well, obviously they didn't on 4 November 2008. And he never kept the identity of his father secret (in fact, just the opposite!), so he can't be accused of fraud in that regard, either.
