Who cares about that, or where he was born? How about a DNA test?
The law cares about legal documents not DNA.
The person listed on a COLB as the father is the legal father. DNA doesn't matter - as many a man has found out after discovering his “children” are in fact another man's - the law doesn't care - keep the child support payments coming.
So what do you hope to show with DNA?
