Could someone point the seal out to me that is on the FRONT of theWaidelich certificate, or is it on the back? If it was there, it would be on both the front and the back ( visible on both ), since it would be an embossed seal. It is just the raised portion would be on the front.
Technically, Hawaii uses a 'de-embossed' seal. Why is the question. The purpose of the seal is something that is hard to scan or copy. To protect the ORIGINAL document from illegal replication - not to prove images have it or not. No other state seems to use this easy to copy technique. Its a joke.
Hawaii seems to have the most pitiful security features ever. At least now. They used to have features similar to other states. But they seem to have gone the opposite direction in recent years.
