so what is your assessment of this guy ( who put up the scibid doc) and his contentions?

Who is recognized a an authority on all this? anyone? Does it only get settled in court?

I really don't know, but he did raise questions that many others missed. Everything will be up to the court. This was a victory. I believe it is the first time the authenticity of the birth certificate has been called into question as part of court record.

It will be interesting how Obama's law firm deals with this. My feelings are (after being hauled into court a few times for professional testimony) is anything they do beyond procedure may result in demands for an authenticated copy (paper) directly from HDOH to the court. These are smart people and they do not want to open that can of worms. This is why I have been following the case.
