Why did the forger/s make the smiley face? Just to rub peoples’ faces in it? Cos they were on drugs? ??

Maybe the forger was smoking the same stuff that people who think Obama's COLB is real? Heehee.

One conjecture goes that the forger didn't want Obama to get away with it. He wanted to make sure everyone one knows it is a forgery. Or he couldn't help himself and had to add his "signature" to it.
