A question for all --
We all know that Soetoro is ineligible, yet no one in Congress, or even the major "conservative" talk show hosts will touch the question. HOWEVER, there is now clear, incontrovertible proof that "The One" has committed at least two felonies.
Isn't there a conservative prosecutor/DA somewhere out there who wants to make a name for him or her self by bringing an indictment?
Admittedly, it would surely be thrown out for all sorts of Constitutional issues (like they blocked Bubba from being tried for his crimes) but it would surely get some traction and might, finally get people to face the fact that this man has committed both Social Security fraud and the issuance of a forged instrument.
Is there anyone out there, with access to a conventionally seated Grand Jury who wants to see their name in the history books?
I don’t know about the history books....more like the obituary page...victim of a freak accident...
Is there any evidence that these highest officers sought counsel from congress, the courts, or Obama, himself? By now isn't is plainly evident that all is not in order regarding Obama’s eligibility.
Honestly, I don't know why these highest officers don't melt with shame when accepting the salute of our truly outstanding, honorable, competent, and highly trained troops. Aren't they embarrassed to meet with the spouses and parents of these brave men and women?
I never thought I'd live to see a time when the highest officers of a third world banana republic would have more honor and professionalism than our own. It is a sad sad day!
I think this is a poor way to go about this. A) He can stonewall it and the case could take 6 years. B) He has the trump card. He can be commanded to show documentation or to testify to a grand jury, and he can do what Clinton could have done - take the 5th. NO ONE IS EVER GOING TO THROW A SITTING PRESIDENT INTO JAIL FOR CONTEMPT.
So the best way to handle this is to ask him questions in PUBLIC. Town halls, or get one member of the media to do it somehow. Get it out there like we did the long form and FORCE his hand in the public eye to the voters. We need it to get critical mass. We need to out-Alinsky those who will mock ("birthers will never be satisfied," etc). That is the only way. It will work. But we need someone stronger than the media to do the dirty work. Trump was invaluable.
When enough independent and non koolaid drinkers think about these felonies and the unanswered questions, he will not be able to win a second term.
Nope. But it's even simpler than that. One state's Secretary of State could end the charade merely by unilaterally keeping Obama off the state ballot in 2012. The courts would then be forced to order discovery, with Obama as the Plaintiff and the SoS as the defendant. Absolutely no question of "standing" there!
Of course, Obama could also then choose to run without that state, as Lincoln did in 1860, when he was thrown off the ballot in the southern states. However, BHO, Jr.'s credibility would never recover.
