ON MARCH 20, 1964, the 'divorce' is final.
AND ON MARCH 5, 1964 SAD married LOLO SOETORO?
But on another passport document, the date and place of marriage is now changed:
Looks to me like Stanley Ann went before the divorce judge on March 5th and as soon as he declared the marriage to Sr. disolved, she trotted Lolo down to the JP to get hitched. Problem was, the divorce document clearly states it’s not final until it’s signed and filed. The judge didn’t get around to signing it until March 20. Ooops!
So, Ann told the truth on the ‘81 passport application but lied on the ‘76 one. Notice, in ‘76 she knew she wasn’t legally married to Lolo and had two minor children to think about so she had to move the date of marriage out a few days and a year. She didn’t know when the Obama divorce was signed and filed so she just inserted a 1 to make the Lolo marriage on the 15th instead of the 5th. If caught, she could have wiggled out of it claiming 5th or 15th was just a mistake. Same wiggle out for moving the year out another year - golly gee, sorry, that was a mistake and silly me, I forgot when we got married.
In ‘81, she didn’t have a minor kid in tow so she could tell the truth about the marriage date and it wasn’t likely anyone would have bother checking such a minor details of a previous divorce filing date. If anyone had checked, she would have had the marriage certificate and that would have ended any questions.
So, as sneaky as the usurper is, he can claim any adoption by Lolo wasn’t legal because he and Ann weren’t legally married. Yeah, whatever, bub. But that stil doesn’t change the fact that the Kenyan baby daddy makes him ineligible.
Do we have the marriage to Lolo verified from HI records? Book, volume, index?
