The joke goes something to the effect of "Can you name the three differences between God and Obama?" The answers are "Neither have a birth certificate, God is satisfied with 10%, and God doesn't think he's Obama."
...Surprisingly, the caustically vocal Michelle Malkin and Ann Coulter, two women who have always commanded our respect, despite a great deal of their oft considered lunatic ravings by the Left, have essentially insulted a large number of normal Americans from their acid denigration against those who simply ask the birth certificate question. Are we to assume that these two lovely ladies hold the sole authoritative positions for coming up with "nutty" conspiracy theories? The answer must now be "apparently."
In this case, however, and going against our normal traditions, we were meaningfully surprised. It's more than fine if our Conservative Consuela's do not always agree with us; however, these two have picked up squarely where the mainstream media leaves off when they begin denigrating the positions of a large number of Americans who simply do not know, one way or the other.
Both Malkin and Colter, it's quite interesting to note, have been at the forefront of insisting that virtually everything from the Left, and more specifically Obama, are nothing but lies built upon lies, to which we cannot disagree one bit at this point. But then, a material issue comes along which simply reeks of duplicity, and which has also raised extreme doubt among the masses, only to mysteriously dissolve into a non-issue for our two honored champions of the nay-sayers, which also reeks, in my opinion.
In fact, Colter and Malkin have often indirectly raised cain and lashed into their fanbases for Birther offenses only to get predictably creamed by their fans in retaliative response. Fanbases which, by the way,...

I believe that it was, and I think that their may have even been certain ground rules at play—when you can and when you can’t respond. Who knows?
