As with current US-Mexican policy, if he was extradited from Mexico, the US has a policy of removing the death penalty from cases of this type prior to Mexico relinquishing custody. Ive had two cases where both the State and the Feds had to provide written motions to the courts removing any death penalty sanction prior to Mexico extraditing the suspect.I realize that you are giving an objective legal reason, but it seems like Mexico and other countries are telling what we can and cannot do. It's nauseating.

Well they won’t extradite if we don’t make the promise. It sucks for sure. Country like that in chaos,on the brink of anarchy can’t enforce their own laws in their own land.
