First, Paul performed so poorly in the weeks immediately after his primary win, his lead dropped to double-digits. Then, he maintained virtual radio silence for the rest of the campaign. That was a smart move.
But, am I surprised that a Republican won a Senate Seat being vacated by a Republican in a Republican state in an overwhelming Republican in a mid-term election? No, I am not surprised. And, I think Paul has done well in his first few months.
I realize you probably aren't smart enough to understand this, but the US is not Kentucky. Barack Obama is not an inexperienced opponent, and Sarah Palin is wildly unpopular and doesn't come ANYWHERE close to leading Obama in head-to-head matchups, let alone leading by 25% like Paul did before his primary.
But sure, if you want to continue your straw man arguments, please, don't let me stop you. You're entertaining me - it's like watching monkeys throw feces at one another.
That is Senator Paul to you.
Like I said, it gets tiresome having to run into you pushing liberalism against the conservative in race after race, you make so many threads turn into the same routine, freepers having to deal with you pushing liberalism.
The same arguments that the conservative can’t win, no matter the race, over and over. Your agenda sucks.
