So when the leftist scum judges dismiss it can they appeal or is it the end of the road for this case? I believe the only way they can prevent an appeal would be for the 9th Circuit to dismiss with prejudice. And I don't think that's very likely.

Note: the Court should give its ruling in the next day or so... My guess is they will uphold the lower court ruling and dismiss it for lack of standing...
Since they actually heard oral arguments, I'm
slightly more optimistic.
