It's a substitute to insulting directly. The Muslim uses that silly, infantile tactic all the time with the Kaffirs too: "I am not calling you a fool, Allah is!" Those who indulge in it, do so for the dubious satisfaction that their immaturity craves I wasn't even going to grace AC's comment with a reply; it is obvious that such immaturity is not limited to Muslims only.
