Any long form the President puts out has to match what the State of Hawaii has on file. That means there are only two ways to commit fraud here: (1) have had the forgery all put to bed before 8 August 1961 or (2) own the State of Hawaii. There is no point in attempting to perform a modern forgery, such as this pea brain alleges.
