Yeah, but the AP photo of the same BC doesn’t have any of these problems, because it is just a jpeg.

If the AP jpeg is intact, why did they even add the green basket-weave backdrop. Isn’t THAT what created these layers ? If so, and the original AP file is intact, could it have been a simple formating error, thus dismissing any claims of misrepresentation ? Not that I trust the WH, but not sure what this all means...
