Don't overlook the obvious: The Nordykes birth certificates are lower numbered, processed on 8/11. Obama's is higher numbered, but processed on 8/8. Someone with secondhand knowledge of procedures at the hospital claimed it was common practice to batch up the previous week's forms and submit them all on Friday. This is consistent with the 11th date, but not the 8th.
So, why would a form processed 3 places in sequence after the Nordykes be processed 3 days earlier, and apparently outside the normal procedure, hmmmmmm? If you 'batch up the previous week's forms and submit them all on Friday' then the forms from the 8th (Tue), and the forms from the 11th (Fri), would all be submitted, or filed, or stamped on Friday the 11th. That they were stamped and numbered slightly out of order is entirely possible.
Exactly my point. Since Obama’s is a higher number than Nordykes, they should be in the same “batch”, but they’re apparently not since Obama’s was processed on the 8th but the Nordykes were processed on the 11th.
