This is all mind blowing to me. Didn’t this drunk need to work to support a family? How at his age was he able to skip around to USA to “study”. Give me a break study what about a job!
It's the same handwriting in the box for ss number, ie. "Had one?" It looks more like an INS comment to me. The ink is darker.
Why the hell would the 1964 State Department care about the personal activities of a drunk, womanizing foreign graduate student? Keep in mind the DoS was run by the democrat party under the guidance of LBJ and his Kennedy admin hold-overs. What was it about him that they were worried about during a time when the democrat party (well, LBJ anyway) was setting the stage to win over the black vote and entrench them in a new form of slavery? BO’s POS father was probably into a bit more than alcohol and skirts and that has to be something that scared or worried the LBJ thugs.

Did Obama Sr. participate in organized protests of some sort?
Was Obama Sr. arrested at some point, for any activity?
Are there other Harvard students, who may have observed or complained about Obama Sr's activities at the time?
These are just open questions, not based on any information I have at this time.
When a bigshot Manhattan black power broker, and a representative of a Saudi prince tell you to accept a guy, Harvard just says "how far do you want me to bend over?".
His father's self caused plight is another matter. This is something much closer to what an average Joe can understand Revenge.

Is “1482 Alencastre St” an address you have listed for Senior? The memo below seems to confirm everyone’s suspicion that SAD and BHOI didn’t live together.

This memo dated 8/31/61 says the following regarding “Obama, Barack H.”
Claims to intend to attend University of Hawaii for at least one more year to gain B.A. in Economics.
U.S.C (United States Citizen) spouse to go to Washington State University next semester. When finished school he plans to go to a mainland school for a Doctor Degree (sic) in Economics - after that to return to Kenya. They have one child born Honolulu 8/4/61 - Barack Obama II, child living with mother (she lives with her parents & subject lives at 1482 Alencastre Street.)

Mrs. McCabe, Foreign Student Advisor, University of Hawaii informs INS on 4/10/61 that Barack Hussein Obama married Stanley Ann Dunham in Maui, Hawaii on 2/2/61 and that there is a problem because he has a wife in Kenya. She further notes that Obama Sr. has been running around with several girls and that she cautioned him about his “playboy ways.”
Obama Sr. told Mrs. McCabe that he divorced his wife in Kenya via tribal custom of verbally telling wife she is divorced.
Memo discusses that Obama Sr. cannot be deported for polygamy but that if they can get a bigamy conviction then they may be able to deport him. Memo recommends thorough questioning of Obama Sr. before granting extension of stay and to consider denial. Further advises that if U.S.C. (United States citizen) wife tries to petition for an extension on his behalf that the bona-fides of the marriage be thoroughly investigated.

These documents are very telling. I’ve read all 50+ pages. The INS cared only because Harvard didn’t want Obama anymore and would not approve his I-20 request for an extension of his student visa to present his doctoral thesis at Havard. He finished his qualifying exams and met all of his degree requirements except finishing his thesis. Harvard and other organizations believed that Obama may also have married another woman in Cambridge. That made three wives that they knew about. This fact alone concerned them greatly. Basically, they thought he was a slimeball and didn’t want to be associated with him. So they recommend that the INS not approve his extension and did not agree to support him in any way, financially or otherwise.
I’ve always suspected that Stanley Ann wasn’t his mother, thus making Obama born with neither parent being a American citizen.... that Obama was born in Kenya and his mother is the other wife, that’s the reason no birth certificate. I don’t care WHERE he was born. The fake BC shows his father as a non citizen therefore he IS NOT ELIGIBLE.
Stanley Ann pretended they were married to help keep Obama senior in the US.
This is what I now have:
When Senior moved to Hawaii in June of 1959, it has been well documented that he originally lived in a room at the Atherton Y.M.C.A., not far from campus. He later moved to a small, single story wooden home located at 625 11th Ave., located in the St. Louis Heights area. Senior remained at 625 11th Ave. until he left Hawaii on June 22, 1962 after graduation.
I’ve never seen any evidence of Senior and Stanley Ann living under the same roof.
I think the Dunhams probably kept their daughter away from him and shipped her off to Seattle as soon as Barry was born.
Born at home, and taken to the clinic, where he was examined by Dr. Sinclair, and that examination triggered a record of a birth.
My buest guess.
The handwritten note is the only reference I’ve ever seen where Senior affirms paternity.
But on the INS form on the next page, Senior leaves the question about children unanswered.
I’ve only glanced at the INS docs.
