Easier said than done.

If he's not eligible to begin with then he's not the President, and impeachment is for the President.

The FAA requires an airline pilot to be a licensed pilot. If he or she manages to get a job as an airline pilot the he or she is still not a licensed pilot. The FAA can't revoke the license, there isn't one. Being in the Oval Office does not make him President. If he was not eligible to hold the office putting him into the office doesn't change the fact of his ineligibility.
