FR only demands that content from sites that have requested excerpting be excerpted.
Since the content in question was from the blogger, he could decide to post excerpts or not.
Or the little ratbag could have just posted his writing here and skip the blog.
If his goal was to get his message seen, he'd have been better off doing that anyway,
as Free Republic gets more page views by many orders of magnitude than his diseased blog.
Unfortunately, that wasn't his goal.
He wanted blog hits, plain and simple.
