I am not sure. However, there appear to be many knowledgeable people at FR that have posted that it is not an indication of forgery so I am inclined to accept that it is a valid document. Especially considering the Birther community’s abysmal record of document “forensics” - I am thinking specifically of Polarik and Techdude here.
I wonder if we’ll hear again from Polarik and Techdude. It would be nice to be vindicated for pointing out their incorrectness for so long.
I have seen the opposite. Who posted that this document is real?
