The one on the left - the photocopied one - is NOT obama's...it's just an EXAMPLE of what a 1961 Hawaiian birth certificate should look like...therefore it would not have the SAME certification number as the (supposed) obama one on the right.

The photocopied one on the left, is just an example some lady posted of her birth certificate and she was born one day after obama was (supposedly) born.
Don't read more into it that is actually there, it's a COMPARISON.
