LOL, do you think I wrote the HIPAA law? Put the blame for the pretzel logic where it belongs, on Congress. They’re the ones who decided what providers can and can’t do with their patients’ information.

Why don’t you call or write to the hospital and ask why they read and posted the letter?

I’m not accusing the HIPPO law [name change in honor of Abercrombie’s nickname: Hippomouth] of pretzel logic. I’m accusing you of irrationality. You’re saying a hospital can publicly affirm a person was born there, and that they cannot publicly affirm the same person was born there. This is what happened. Kapiolani publicly affirmed for 6 mos, in many different ways, that Obama was born there. Now you’re saying they can’t do what they did on acct of Hippo. If that’s what it takes to cover for Obama and his enablers, that is what you’ll say. Nevermind that it is irrationality x 1,000,000. No useful idiocy is too extreme for the Obots among us.
