Obama’s COLB has a Birth Date of 08/04/61 with a
Cert # 151 1961–010641

The twins were born a day later 08/05/61 with lower Cert #s
51 61 10637 and 151 61 10638

If Obama was born 08/06/61, this would make sense.

But they are living and dying with the COLB and that has a Birth Date of 08/04/61, then the Cert # makes no sense.

One explanation would be that, though born earlier, whoever applied for Obama’s BC didn’t do so until after the twins were born.

Is there a time lag during which one can apply for BCs? There usually is, I think.

Or maybe the applications sat on someone’s desk and he prepared them in random order.

But, yeah. It’s wierd that this dude has had every bureaucratic “slip-up” known to man occur to lil ole him.

Yes, but they are very, very close, in the same batch. Why is it necessary that the numbers be in exact order? info in the pre-computer age likely came into the Health Department by mail.

To me, this is an authentication of Obama's BC, if somewhat weak.
