Birth certificates can be amended. What was on the original? They can be obtained to this day by parent residents for children born outside re state or country. That’s why we need to see the actual birth certificate.

For real hypocrisy, understand that Obama voted for a Federal law that requires the state to verify the validity of any birth certificate used to apply for a drivers license ... yet Hawaii says they can't get Obama's permission to verify his birth certificate. They don't need his permission. He voted for a standard that they won't apply to him.
