For real hypocrisy, understand that Obama voted for a Federal law that requires the state to verify the validity of any birth certificate used to apply for a drivers license ... yet Hawaii says they can't get Obama's permission to verify his birth certificate. They don't need his permission. He voted for a standard that they won't apply to him.

I’ve noticed that they are retreating gradually to a fall back position. Did you see the thread about an ad in a black newspaper about it’s okay for a president not to be born in the US? And some NPR fool saying that the NBC clause needs to go?

I've noticed the same thing. Call it "hedging their bets" or "moving the goalposts", either way they are preparing for the moment the carefully woven myth surrounding Obama is blown away and they are forced to explain just why in the hell we are learning about these things NOW.

It's not readily visible unless you are tracking this issue closely, but it's definitely happening.

I think that not only is the thought of Obama having to show his Birth Certificate and other relevant Documents Pissing them off because that shows that they are losing their own power of obfuscation, it also leaves them open to the charge of aiding and abetting a felony. They haven’t done their job. It is patently obvious if Obama had been a Republican President he would have received a full anal exam from them.

In many ways it is very similar to what is happening in Wisconsin. The Union bosses and their Bought Politicians are doing EVERYTHING they can to keep the money rolling in from state collected union dues. The MSM is doing the same when it comes to getting their money for political campaigns. Think about it, this upcoming election promises to have almost two billion dollars being spent on it. And the MSM will get the lions share of that money. Of course the are going to do whatever is necessary to keep Obama viable.

Well, except for the pesky little fact that there are folks with these documents who are well-known NOT to have been born in Hawaii.

Who are these folks? I'm not aware of anyone shown to have a Certification of Live Birth that states they were born in Hawaii, who was not born in Hawaii.

The only thing close to that that I'm aware of is the Sun Yat-Sen certificate. And that was 1) not a COLB, 2) issued 50+ years before Hawaii became a state, 3) issued 34 years after his birth, 4) states on its face that it's based on affidavits, and 5) only one person (not plural "folks").

So who are the well-known others that I'm not seeing?
