I know the article you are referring to. I have been looking for a link, can you help?
Correcting my post about and originally to Brown Deer: Its interesting, anecdotal, but doesnt really prove anything. My personal opinion about both of your encounters is that since you didnt know the true identity of the person at the time or any evidence linking you with him specifically, it doesnt prove anything. Aliska had written this bound for Brown Deer.
Sound Familiar? It should, thats exactly what you said about someones post about a supposed encounter with Ocrapper. We have no reason to believe your story or claim unless you can prove it!
I’m backing Aliska here, apparent that you’re paper-thin Brown Deer and can’t support any of your claims.
You’re a LIAR troll!
Over the years, I've described various things, and there is no proof unless I reveal a lot more of my personal life than I dare to. And some things I say there is no way I can prove it, ever.
If I get too far out of line, I've had posts deleted and probably deserved it.
I don't know what will become of our new person here. It's refreshing to dialog with individuals with differing opinions if it remains civil.
I try to be open minded and look at all sides generally. I got an invite as a friend on our local paper forum over some comment that was benign I guess, accepted, then the individual must have looked at my profile, saw that I belonged to the minority conservative group there (among a couple others) and deleted me lol. Suddenly he/she wasn't my friend any more. Or maybe it was something else.
Too bad Brown Deer is amongst the VERY few who can remain civil and has to lash out and call someone a “Troll.” Quite reminiscent of a Democrap who, when backed in a corner, can’t provide sufficient evidence to back their claim...Now who’s the Troll?
He's youngish and was on Facebook, don't know if he is still because I got out of there but not because I got mad or hurt; it was about privacy and my family's safety, blabbing too much personal information and was taking too much of my time.
As for new people, I always give them the benefit of the doubt; who goes and who stays is up to the site owner or people leave voluntarily.
I don't like being mean and hateful, I try not to be, liberals can really get under my skin, but a few "conservatives" have as well. And for all that, I can be nonconformist, like to think things through for myself and not cave in to "groupthink".
I got run off a liberal board; it was some years ago now, and I'll never get completely over the hurt of it. It was a really an open group, but I sensed the site owners were liberal, the posters were at least 20 to 1 liberal, somebody called me a troll and posted a nasty picture and other nastiness. My feelings werer really hurt, and you'd think I'd develop thicker skin after all these years on the internet.
Somebody hurt badly here on FR, too, more than once, and maybe I brought it on myself. The worst was when I said the wrong thing here that the pope should allow condoms in Africa, was thinking primarily about married couples. It got so ugly, I couldn't feed into it any more but saw how they mocked me. I haven't been to church since, but I don't blame them entirely for it; had been floundering anyway.
Recently I felt somewhat vindicated when the pope came out with a statement about condoms using essentially the same reasoning I had, small comfort.
Two on other sites tried to goad me into self destruction, and that wasn't even the topic, just like that one girl who was too young to process something like that and did it.
Childish...if you wish to brandish me do so in private so as not to trash the public forums with your blabber.
35yrs old, successful and independently wealthy. STFU you Troll Terd
