“Indeed. My take is that he cannot.”
It’s only recently that the administration and the place-holder have been really addressing the issue, albeit obliquely and dismissively. This would indicate that the brushing it under the rug tactic and stigmatizing the questioner tactic are no longer working. In short, I tend to agree with your take on it.
It was a problem easily solved for the administration, and though I don’t know what’s on the actual certificate better than anyone here, I think allegations it’s a ‘rope a dope’ might be filed with belief that glasnost and perestroika were just tricks to get our guard down. They would have used it by now, played their winning hand, if it were that, I think.
The “rope-a-dope” theory is preposterous.
Obama was sealing up all his documents long before there were any birthers. He didn’t seal them up in preparation for springing them on the birthers and “making them look foolish.”
That theory was concocted by those who will believe anything in order to avoid believing something the MSM tell them is not respectable.
a corollary to this is that if he shows a BC with all the same data that is running around on the photo-shopped colb floating around on the net, then that BC is a forgery, because there is absolutely no reason on this planet it would not have been shown from the beginning.
