Did you know that George $oros, everyone's least favorite Nazi collaborator and socialist sugar daddy, and his Open Society Institute are helping Palestinian college students come to the United States to earn their degrees ? Did you know that you, the taxpayer are helping to pay for it ? Feel like tossing your cookies like Mary Kate Olsen yet ? Check this out:

"The PFDP [Palestininian Faculty Development Program] aims to increase the capacity of higher education faculty in the West Bank and Gaza by addressing the long-term issues of reform in teaching and learning practices. The program provides scholarship support for Palestinian faculty to pursue a graduate degree in the United States or to engage in curriculum development, research, or teaching at a partner university. In this way, PFDP promotes the expansion, retention, and professional development of promising academics teaching in the social sciences and humanities. It also revitalizes and reforms teaching in Palestinian higher education institutions. This program is a partnership between USAID, the Open Society Institute, and U.S. universities."

Oh, this gets better. One of the universities the PFDP is working with is Al-Azhar University in Cairo. Some of its more infamous graduates and attendeees are: Hassan al-Banna, founder of the Muslim Brotherhood and Omar Abdel Rahman, leader of the Al-Gama'a al-Islamiyya terrorist group, who is currently serving a life sentence for the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. The most famous graduate of this fine institution of learning is Mohammad Amin al-Husayni, better known as the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, who helped Adolf Hitler and Heinrich Himmler recruit Bosnian Muslims for the Waffen-SS. Nice, huh ?
Another university that has ties to this madness is Al Quds Univeristy in Jerusalem. It might as well be called Hamas U since one of its programs is the Abu Jihad Center for Poitical Prisoner's Affairs. Yes, that's as horrible as it sounds. Check this out:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"This unique Center was established in 1999 to commemorate and document the development of the Palestinian prisoner movement. A major effort to collect data and information about all Paletinian prisoners has begun and the Center has already aquired a large collection of original documents (letters, literary works, political papers) as well as hand crafts. The Center was named after the code name for Mr. Khalil Al-Wazir, one of the founders of the Palestinian National Liberation Movement (Fateh), whose specific charge was the political structure of Fateh in the Occupied Territories, and who maintained close contacts with the prisoners from his headquarters abroad. The Center, now located in rented offices in Ramallaha will soon be relocated to a special museum style building now under construction in the University's Abu Dis campus. This museum will host an archive of documents as well as exhibit the hand crafts of the prisoners. It is hoped that it will also be a center for researchers and students who wish to study the evolution of political thought amoung prisoners, thier interaction with their colleagues outside jail, as well as their personal histories.
The Director of the Center, who was himself taken prisoner at the age of 16, and who managed to learn to read, write and to finish his schooling while in jail, and who later studied for a higher diploma at Al-Quds University, embodies the spirit which it is hoped that the museum will present to its visitors."

Yoo-hoo....Arrogant and lazy lamestream media.... Do you think you could look into this ? How about you, Janet "From Another Planet" Napolitano ? Do you think your cronies at the Department of Homeland Security can take a break from looking for the next Timothy McVeigh and actually investigate this ? How about you, Congressman Peter King ? You made a big production out of investigating radical Islam, why not take a peak ? Hey, Congressman Darrell Issa, this crap cost taxpayers 18.4 million dollars. Don'tcha think this warrants an investigation ? Does anyone have the Spauldings to call Furious George on the carpet and make him answer for anything he's done ?
I'm sure I'll never get the answers, no matter how much I look. From George Orwell's "1984":
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"You could grasp the mechanics of the Society you lived in, but not its underlying motives. Do you remember writing in your diary, 'I understand how: I do not understand why'? It was when you thought about 'why' that you doubted your own sanity."
