Watch out about Trump — he has an incredible liberal past. He said Pelosi and Obama were great, accused Bush of being the “worst” president ever and a liar about the Iraq War. Now he is telling conservatives exactly what they want to hear. He may be too good to be true: he may be an Obama plant or a Perot.

I've been "lurking" and posting for some 8 years and though some joke about "Tinfoil Hats," this is the first time, I've actually witnessed so many (though actually few in nature) "conspiracy theorists" on any given issue.

IF Trump is actually some eeeeevil, FAR LEFT, pseudo-Conservative "Operative" who is working surreptitiously to "Divide and Destroy the Tea Party" while he toils "beneath the radar" to help Dear Leader get elected, he is certainly doing a bang-up job of (WHAT NO OTHER RINO POSSIBLE CANDIDATE HAS THE STONES TO DO) exposing and questioning so many of the Community Agitator's faults, fraudulent activities and corruption.

Not only that, but he is getting "Face Time" and being who he is--and the controversial nature of his attacks on Barry Hussein--he has forced even the State-Run, Lame Stream Media to do what they have resisted for years, to actually have to report on these issues, even if to disparage and denigrate him.

At least he is instilling doubts in many who had never before gave any of this much thought.

And what you who suffer from TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome) forget he is NOT ONLY going after O'Bummer with regards to the ONE ISSUE (Birth Certificate) but is shinning the light of exposure re: BHO, NOT having released ANY of his other records; his questioning how someone who is NOT that intelligent could have been accepted (much less been graduated) by Harvard; WHO paid for his education; his not having released any medical records, etc., etc., etc.

Trump has also acused O'Bozzo of being responsible for the high price of gas and now, he is bringing up the Rezko "dealings."

Pray tell, WHO else (including Sarah and Michelle) have taken it to Barack any more than Trump has?

I don't know if he is serious nor if I would vote for him, but to attack him (when we should all be supporting and encouraging him....You Go Donald) because he is NOT Conservative enough or for having supported Lib Pols/Positions in the past (at least while he is doing the "Lord's Work"--which is ANYTHING which will harm and diminish Obama's chances) is beyond, foolish!

Good for Trump, doing God’s work. He will damage the imposter enough that it will be clear sailing for whoever gets the Republican nomination

That would be so great if your prediction were to come true!

Just imagine if President Bush had this type of connection in his past? Or in today's world, just imagine if GAS PRICES were where they are now during President Bush's term. Talk about front and center page news.

Man-the imbalance in our press corp is simply mind-blowing.

uhbama is neck deep in pure filth. That is how I picture him, always.

I agree he is asking questions that are political incorrect for journalists to ask. In that way he is a breath of fresh air and I am not attacking him on that issue. These things need to be exposed to the public but I am saying he needs to be vetted. He has to account for his liberal past, unlike what happened with Obama. Otherwise, yes, he can say these things that we all agree with just like he can say what he said in the past with Bush and he will be flip flopping his way up to the presidency with nobody knowing what he really believes, if he believe in anything. I think consistency counts for something (or at least a good explanation). As much as people hate Romney for being a RINO, Trump is by far the worse. I found out he favored Crist over Rubio, was married 3 times and gave financial donations to Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Rahm Emanuel, Charlie Rangel and Barack Obama. So why is Donald now doing an about face — if it is truly an about face? So these are things to consider.

I just made this comment on another thread. And since Trump is not running at this point - who knows what’ll turn up - I haven’t decided who to vote for. Actually I may not vote for anyone because I have HAD IT with voting for moderate spineless professional DC insiders. Won’t ever do it again.

If everyone who spends their valuable human life saying how evil Trump is, had spent time criticizing the damn spineless greasy go along to get along deal making professional politician DC elitist GOPers who MADE ZERO POSSIBLE I’d listen.

But since most of these Trump haters have not done that, I won’t.

Supporting Trump for kicking 0h0m0 where it hurts is NOT the same as voting for him. Sheesh.

Trump is doing the job Rebpublicans SHOULD have been doing for the last 2 1/2 years and boy does he make the weasel GOP guys look BAD! ANd it’s fun! And the weasal GOPers need to get kicked where it hurts too! I haven’t had such a good time since I don’t know when.

Look, Trump is hitting 0h0m0 the way no Repub has done.

It’s great. If you hate the fact that he’s hitting 0h0m0 where it hurts, just let him do it. He’s doing the job Repubs SHOULD HAVE BEEN DOING!

Who knows whether Trump will even run. That’s in the future, this is happening now.

Note my comment just above.

“I would not care if Michael Moore himself were challenging Obama on this. It’s a good thing.”

Yes, it is a good thing, but why say you are running for president as a pretext to attack them? He could just attacked them simply outright. And why the big conservative conversion now? Everybody hates Romney for being a RINO, but Trump is far worse. He favored Crist over Rubio, was married 3 times and gave financial donations to Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Rahm Emanuel, Charlie Rangel and Barack Obama. Will Trump flip flop his way to the presidency like Obama? Do we need another tabloid president?

We know all this.

True.

Are we to believe that the Donald discovered it?

No.

But, who else but Trump is telling the American people about it? Palin? Romney? Pawlenty? Newt? Huckabee? Rush? Levin? Hannity? NBC? CBS? ABC? CNN? MSNBC?

Don’t get me wrong. I LOVE what Trump is doing with the BC issue.

It should have been done a long time ago, but pubbies are cowards.

My point is, let’s not take this to the next illogical step and name Trump as our candidate. He is a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

If you haven’t listened to his clips, please do:

Who cares if he says now that he might run for president? Who cares where he is in the polls now? The polls are just saying, the current crop of potentials is a pack of dull castrati.

Stop worrying about next year and let trump try to eliminate Obama in 2011.

I don’t even need to listen to them, I have no intention of voting for him. I want to vote for a real Constitutionalist. If none runs, then I’ll have to consider deeply what to do.

You need to learn some real history not that which gets through ideological blinders. FDR was a reformer neither a communist nor a socialist. He tried many different methods to remove the depression none of which were entirely successful. But the voters supported him trying. He may have, in fact, saved the capitalistic system from a communist takeover. It was collapsing around the people’s ears and communism was growing here.

Stalin was the lesser of two evils which we had to side with so not much could have been done there.

Would you consider this article to be historically inaccurate?

It is pretty difficult to find fault with Olafsky and this article is no exception. There is a lot of good information within it and his view of FDR is similar to my own: the man is neither saint nor devil.

He certainly laid the basis for Democrat power which still bedevils Republicans and conservatives to this day and that influence shows his greatness as a political leader.

Absolutely right. That’s exactly how I see it too. Trump is destroying the PC cone of silence that the left has put up around Barry Soetoro.

Well said!

AFAIK Huckaboob is the only greasy weasel running for the GOP team so far so there really isn't a primary happening right now. If Trump announces I don't even have to think about which of those two I'd support. But that's not even an issue for the time being.

As you said; this is about Trump doing what the GOP is too afraid to do.

There are a lot of people in the Democrat party that know Obama is not likely to keep his job in 2012 and would like to see another candidate for their party. Some are rooting for Donald.

Remember, Donald is good friends with Bill and Hillary.

If anything, Trunp’s boldness is making the slimey GOPers look bad, more so than even the Dems, since they’re so bad that in order to look worse, solid evidence would have to be brought into a court of law. Which hopefully will be happening.
