I am no longer afraid of the prospect of a convention. The interpreted Constitution has already been mutated so far beyond the literal text of the document that the ratification of even the most concessionary language would represent a step back from the sort of imaginary constitutional law we now have. There really is a good reason why the Left avoids the bright light of ‘open air’ procedures and prefers to operate furtively in the legal twilight.
We don’t enforce our immigration laws, so we need reform.

When rules mean nothing, why have ANY?
