I don't think Little League accepts short form birth certificates. It only accepts long form certificates with the doctor and hospital names on it.

My nephew is in little league and they used a short form certificate to get him in, because that's what the Vital Records Office gave them. The Little League people actually let them scan the document and email it to them.

This is mirse. Thanks for the information above. I didn't know that Little League accepted short form birth certificates. I guess Little League Hawaii also accepts short form birth certificates.

What state does your nephew live in? How old is he?

Maybe Little League Hawaii accepted short form birth certificates back in the 1970s. Thanks again.
