Good info.
Ann doesn’t even know the basics:
1. A Certificate of Live Birth is NOT equivalent to a BC.
2. The newspaper listings (as far as I’ve found they are only on microfilm at the National Archive and Hawaiian state library) could have been placed by a family member. Was typical of many natives to be born at home and then listed.
3. The state of Hawaii allows for BCs to be issued to those “born without the state or territory.”
4. The media stated a COLB wouldn’t do for Trump and demanded the long form BC, which Trump provided.
5. Obama may very well not be a NBC because his father was a British subject, which those on the left don’t dispute.
6. Obama has a long list of records we’ve never seen — school records, medical, passport, etc.
Ann hasn’t done her homework. Very disappointing.
But it’s not like Ann to NOT do her homework.
So, what’s up here?
Ann knows more than you do:
1. A Certificate of Live Birth is NOT equivalent to a BC.
= The certification of Live Birth is the official birth record you get when you request it from hawaii state records. it is sufficient for getting a passport, etc. and has been validated by state of hawaii officials. Saying its different doesnt make the COLB valueless, so thats misleading.
2. The newspaper listings (as far as Ive found they are only on microfilm at the National Archive and Hawaiian state library) could have been placed by a family member. Was typical of many natives to be born at home and then listed.
= Not so. They were in a category that came from state records, which came from hospitals, not the public. See:

(quote)
In a 2009 story, the Advertiser noted that the announcement read exactly the same in the competing newspapers: “Mr. and Mrs. Barack H. Obama, 6085 Kalanianaole Hwy., son, Aug. 4.” That’s because, it said, the information came directly from the health department, citing department spokeswoman Janice Okubo.
Advertiser, July 28, 2009: Such vital statistics, however, were not sent to the newspapers by the general public but by the Health Department, which received the information directly from hospitals, Okubo said. Birth announcements from the public ran elsewhere in both papers and usually included information such as the newborn’s name, weight and time of birth.
Okubo’s statement is further supported by the Advertiser headline (”Births, Marriages, Deaths)” and subhead (”Health Bureau Statistics”). The Star-Bulletin headline reads, “Marriage Applications BirthsDeaths.”
In a Nov. 9, 2008 story in the Advertiser, the Star-Bulletin’s former managing editor Dave Shapiro discussed the paper’s policy for accepting birth announcements.
Advertiser, Nov. 9, 2008: Advertiser columnist and former Star-Bulletin managing editor Dave Shapiro was not at either paper in 1961, but he remembers how the birth notices process worked years later when both papers were jointly operated by the Hawaii Newspaper Agency which no longer exists. “Those were listings that came over from the state Department of Health,” he said. “They would send the same thing to both papers.”
(end -quote)
basically, the fact that both were in the official stats category and exactly the same indicates they came via the official records office and NOT a relative just posting it.
3. The state of Hawaii allows for BCs to be issued to those born without the state or territory.
= Irrelevent/misleading. In the COLB, Obama’s PLACE OF BIRTH IS LISTED. Honolulu. Was he born in Honolulu? That’s what his COLB says. Either the COLB is wrong, forged or ... the real and obvious answer - Obama was actually born in Honolulu just like his official hawaii records and the COLB indicate. the official bio story is that he was born in Honolulu’s Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital. His official records jibe with that.
Claims that you COULD have a COLB despite being born out of state and you COULD somehow get a birth announcement in a newspaper even if not born in a local hospital are based on zero evidence that it actually transpired that way.
4. The media stated a COLB wouldnt do for Trump and demanded the long form BC, which Trump provided.
= Not so. Trump produced a LESS valid form than Obama did, at first. see
http://www.tucsonsentinel.com/nationworld/report/041111_trump_obama
5. Obama may very well not be a NBC because his father was a British subject, which those on the left dont dispute.
= Not so. Obama is not the first President with a non-citizen parent. This was adjudicated in Ankeny v Daniels in Indiana, and the court came down firmly on the side that Obama, being born in the US, was natural-born citizen. See:
http://indianalawblog.com/archives/2009/11/ind_decisions_r_34.html
6. Obama has a long list of records weve never seen school records, medical, passport, etc.
= NOT what she is criticizing Trump on. If Trump wants to see his college grades, have at it.
“Ann hasnt done her homework. Very disappointing.”
How disappointing that YOU would trash her when she is more right than wrong on the above points.
