You all may somewhat recall what the vetting process for anyone in the military for those needing TS or TS CW clearances, it was extensive involving the FBI, NIS (or CID) and even the IRS, sifting through everything from previous addresses, traffic violations (petty misdemeanors), criminal records (and associations), school records, tax records and probably dental records too.

A lot of politicians who were or are veterans got the same and it became part of their public record.....with the exception of John Kerry, whose DD214 and record of military service was also kept hidden from view (although his associations after his military service (and possibly his summary dismissal) were well documented and published at the time of the VN War demonstrations and revived during his run for the POTUS. That was luck and the SWBVets that the exposure was possible.

The recent crop of liberals after McGovern and Kerry have no such records to examine....and Surprise! Surprise!, the democrats have matriculated a winning ticket candidate into their party that has no apparently verifiable records at all.

Most elite liberals are not able to be thoroughly vetted because of their drug use, different sexual norms for them and the lack an inner morality code.

I don't think they have to be 'elite', just connected.
