The fix was in. Barry Soetoro,aka Barrack Hussein Obama, was the Globalist Banksters boy so the DNC, the RNC, the Bu$hes, the Clintons, and McLame dutifully looked the other way.

Fraud and conspiracy was committed by every congressman who signed SR 511, which said McCain was eligible AND “Whereas previous presidential candidates were born outside of the United States of America and WERE UNDERSTOOD TO BE ELIGIBLE TO BE PRESIDENT..” That was a lie. It was an attempt to make Obama eligible by circumventing the Constitution and they all knew it. Sen. Claire McCaskill, Obama, Hillary, Coburn, Leahy, etc. on the Senate Judiciary Committee were determined to make McCain and Obama their candidates.
Hillary did not expose Obama because she already had enough delegates, besides Obama was a fellow Marxist. She and McCain got screwed when Howard Dean forced Hillary’s delegates to switch votes at the convention. BTW the Bushes are globalists like Soros and Obama. They think they will be among the elite. Congress would impeach themselves if they try to impeach Obama.
Why wasn’t Obama vetted?

Tom Coburn (R-OK), Leahy, McCaskill (who wrote it), Obama, Clinton, and Webb sponsored SR 511 which received from Congress a near unanimous vote saying McCain was eligible, and for Obama the resolution stated, “Whereas previous presidential candidates were born outside of the United States of America and were UNDERSTOOD TO BE ELIGIBLE to be President; and” April 30, 2008. THAT WAS A LIE. At the Dem Convention, McCain and Hillary got screwed when Howard Dean forced Hillary’s delegates to vote for Obama.
They all violated the Constitution in order to get their own man nominated. They are all guilty. Congress cannot impeach Obama because they would be forced to testify against themselves. They have no integrity. They would rather America collapse than admit what they did. They will not even discuss ineligibility. That is why the Tea Party said to vote them all out. They betrayed the USA.

That picture was taken when he traveled to Kenya in 2006. He most likely held a US Passport at that time. I’ve heard somewhere that Congressmen and Senators are issued special passports, but I can’t seem to find any information on that now.

Actually, Kennedy's people and the doctors flat-out lied:

Lyndon Johnson's people knew about Kennedy and Addison's and spread the rumor to the media.
Kennedy was actually one of the (anonymous, unnamed) case histories in an article on Addison's in the Journal of the American Medical Asociation. But when the campaign and the doctors issued a flat denial, the digging stopped.
Even now, when a candidate "releases his medical records" it's not necessarily the doctor's notes and prescription records that are released. Probably it's more like a summary of basic information.

Nope, Obama hasn’t established his eligibility.
But... No President ever has (at least to my knowledge).
There is no established legal requirement or process that specifies how a candidate should demonstrate eligibility and to whom proof should be shown. This is a major hole in the process, IMHO. And one that needs serious correction.
That said, I’d ask you to consider whether the efforts to get states to pass the necessary legislation are helped or hindered by attention whores like Orly Taitz or retarded theories which claim that Obama’s name is really “Steve”.
