When searching the Materials on SR’s contact with the missionaries in Kenya, found an article stating that he had been privately tutored by missionaries to prepare him for the test to qualify to come to the US for higher education. IIRC UH was the only school that accepted him.
There is a missionary school near where the family lived. Was trying to link the missionary, Lois Anderson to SR in Kenya.

That has been addressed further back in the thread, he went to the school at Maseno, left in 1953, at Maseno they learned basic skills like carpentry and tailoring...he would have been 17 years of age. The teacher from Maseno school maintains that the kenyan went to the US shortly after he completed at Maseno...

And any further preparation to attend a college anywhere (which he certainly would have needed) might have taken place ANYWHERE.

In 1958, Obama was ready to advance his education with the goal of mastering Western technology and bringing it back to help forge a new, modern Africa4. Obama worked with Mooney to write to universities in the United States regarding their application process and scholarship opportunities. With a letter of recommendation provided by Mooney and initial financial support from Laubach Literacy International 5, Obama’s application to study economics at the University of Hawaii was accepted. He was admitted on a scholarship and started his studies in the fall of 1959.

During his time in Hawaii and in need of support as a full time student, Obama reached out to Laubach Literacy International for additional financial assistance. In the spirit of the organizational belief that it could help “build tomorrow’s teams in centers and abroad” the organization awarded Obama a Fund Scholarship to support to his United States studies. The record of this funding was noted in the organization’s 1961 Annual Report: “Barack Obama, from Kenya, is in an undergraduate program at the University of Hawaii. An honor student, Barack may come later to Syracuse for literacy journalism.” 6 Because of her deep belief in his skills and abilities, Mooney also provided personal financial assistance to Obama to support his tenure at the University of Hawaii.

AND ALL THAT COULD VERY WELL APPLY WHILE HE WAS ON THE MAINLAND US AFTER 1955.

THIS MIGHT VERY WELL BE THE PROGRAM THAT ASSISTED THE KENYAN TO OBTAIN ENTRY INTO THE SCHOLARSHIP AT THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII:

http://atlasshrugs2000.typepad.com/atlas_shrugs/2008/10/how-could-stanl.html

excerpt:

1955: Frank Charles Laubach founded “Laubach Literacy International” (LLI) which was headquartered in New York State and serving Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean The objectives of LLI were to form partnerships for literacy, community development and peaceful social change. Dr. Laubach felt that World peace is a future ideal of freedom, peace and happiness among and within all nations. “The realization of world peace may also make the idea of individual nations obsolete.” LLI’s stated goal is identical to Marxism, which states that communism is the final stage in human society and is both classless and stateless.

The LLI was formed during an era when states required voters to meet minimum qualifications, such as passing literacy tests, in order to register to vote: a principal means by which southern states had prevented African-Americans from voting (to disenfranchise voters). Frank Laubach and Elijah Mohammed of the Nation of Islam both felt that minorities must learn to read to realize their goal of Pan-African social change. It is widely known that Malcolm Little (later Malcolm X), introduced to Nation of Islam (NOI) philosophy while in prison, spent his days memorizing the dictionary. In the context of illiterate blacks not being allowed to vote, LLI, NOI and Kenya became linked by their common goal to empower blacks to enact social change through literacy and advanced education.

“There is a missionary school near where the family lived. Was trying to link the missionary, Lois Anderson to SR in Kenya.”

A la “Sound of Music”: How do you solve a problem like Stanley Ann?

I have been wondering whether pregnant Stanley Ann might have been shipped off to Kenya alone to stay with the missionaries in Kenya to separate her from either of the two KGB operatives FM Davis or BHO Sr., both married to others, either of whose social situations would have been disrupted by public disclosure of the bi-racial baby and or bigamous ”marriage” to Stanley Ann!

FM Davis was associated with the same communist union activities as BHO Sr. There is an HI newspaper story highlighting BHO Sr. giving a speech at a communist front union sponsored event denouncing US policy in Vietnam closely following the Moscow party line. And Stanley Armour Dunham is a close associate of FM Davis with a huge FBI file (and a history of living close to the submarine base near Seattle and the HI navy base...great spying locations for the Soviets) making him a suspect KGB operative as well.

Stanley Ann's pregnancy could have been very complicated for them all if tied to either FM Davis or publicly to BHO Sr. as an undergrad exchange student. Stanley Ann didn't return to Hawaii until after BHO Sr. had left for Harvard...to intentionally prevent them from crossing paths in public?

And then Madelyn supposedly tells relatives that she was raising Barry after his mom died, implying the mom was not Stanley Ann? Was this just out of middleclass white shame over the bi-racial baby in the family or was it to protect the KGB cell and either FM Davis or BHO Sr.?

“Obama’s angry aunt” might then have actually gotten a letter from BHO Sr. written in Hawaii regarding the birth of Barry in Kenya with the missionaries.
