Fred...I am so appreciate of your research skills. Great job on finding Virginia. I JUST posted that I thought Obama had stolen a BC # from a dead child; who knows, yet, if this is so, but it really makes the most sense.
Now, how can we find Virginia’s BC #? Track a relative down and have them request it?

In most states, once the person is dead, the records can be seen by anyone. Of course, we're talking HI here and they change the rules of the game to suit themselves.
