You are the third or fourth rendition of this particular subject I have been through.
Although I had reached the point with Corsi that the difference between August 19 and September 19 didn't make a lot of difference, I am comfortable that if I ever got to court with that issue, I can prove it was September 19.
The story does make some difference at this point per my post to Fred #1101--the fact that the University has figured out that their initial letter to Corsi was wrong and has taken steps to remedy it in this context supports the position that they are concerned about the real record without regard to its affect on the Legend.
